Portable Electric, a manufacturer of silent, emission-free portable and mobile e-Charging power stations, has officially partnered with Volvo Construction Equipment to provide sustainable and efficient mobile charging solutions for construction sites. Under this partnership, Volvo CE’s dealer locations across North America, a number that sits at 245 at the moment, will be able to package a Voltstack 30k Level 2 e-Charger with the purchased Volvo electric equipment. Talk about the charger in question, Voltstack 30k Level 2 Mobile EV Charger is specifically designed to accommodate a wide range of electric equipment requirements such as boost charging, setting up temporary charging stations, or providing recharging services on demand. It comes with a 30-kW power output and an 80-kWh battery capacity, and to complement that, it further provides a reliable source of silent and emission-free power on jobsites. Another detail worth a mention would be how the stated charger can leverage one “Smart Hybrid” feature to hybridize itself for delivering off-grid power. This Smart Hybrid functionality even allows you to automatically engage a diesel generator when it reaches a state of low charge.
